Listed below are some links to sample menus--you only need to use these as a guideline--every party we cater is custom designed to suit each host's individual tase and style. It is not at all unusual for us to include a client's favorite recipe from a special aunt or grandmother as a part of their party menu. The menus we plan for each event are always thoughtful combinations of cuisine -- balancing location, music, season, and our client's preferences to help make each celebration the best it can be.

The beautiful presentation of the foods we cater is truly what makes us unique. Time and careful consideration is put into each dish. The tiny embellishments and the attention to detail we use will not go unnoticed and will aid in allowing your event to be a memorable one!

Chicken sate skewers with peanut sasuce, and soy ginger sauce.

Roasted red pepper hummus with pita chips.

Herb crusted goat cheese with roasted garlic and tomato bruchetta.

Assorted hard cheeses with specialty crackers.

Fresh fruit served with a warm, dark chocolate dipping sauce.

Sushi rolls- salmon, crab asparagus, and vegetable with pickled ginger, soy sauce and wasabi.

Seared tuna served on french bread rounds with pineapple salsa.
